Day 20 of The November Project
half-marathon 2!
Yesterday I signed up for my second half-marathon – of course, it's in the DC area because I need more excuses for myself to go back.
I have about 22 weeks left, and my goal is to train injury-free and avoid slipping in the snow. I ran 8km/5mi yesterday pain-free, so I really do hope this is a sign I can start increasing my weekly volume again.
Training without a goal has been kinda hard, but now I'm glad I have a race to train for.
hangover
